Bikram Yoga is special: it is traditional Hatha Yoga that has not been changed to fit our western bodies, but rather it is used to change and heal our bodies from the inside out. The changes and the healing happen while practicing a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques in a heated room. The sequence of postures and the environment are designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During each 90-minute session you will work 100% of your body; every muscle, joint, organ and major gland, giving you an incredible sense of well being.
