Everything you need in order to be happy and fulfilled resides within you at this very moment. All that is required is that you pay attention.

Mindfulness practice is a powerful method of developing familiarity with that “inherent essence within” and also noticing how we keep ourselves separate from that essence. This an experiential class for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Students will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness practice by way of seated meditation. Meditation instruction coupled with meditation exercises will demystify the practice. Learned meditation principles are then applied to yoga asana practice.

Each session builds upon the next, so it recommended to take them as a series.

Cost is $65 for the 4 week course / $20 for single drop in.

Each session runs from 3-4pm.
